What If Recipient Is Not Home?
Blue Moon Florist will attempt to deliver the flowers the requested day for delivery and during the requested delivery times so long as we feel the flower product will not be damaged from weather or other issues.
If the flower product can not be left at the recipients home, Blue Moon Florist will attempt to leave the flower product with a next door neighbor. A door tag will be left on the recipients door stating that delivery was attempted and whether a neighbor has accepted delivery or to contact us us for redelivery. Our flower delivery person will then attempt to contact the recipient by telephone in case the door tag is unnoticed.
If the Blue Moon Florist is unable to deliver the flowers or to contact the recipient, Blue Moon Florist will inform you immediately of the non-delivery and you will then also be informed of this either by telephone or by email to reschedule the flower delivery another day.
