Flower and Plant Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your flower arrangement or specialty plant gift is delivered in a timely manner. The closest care and quality attention is given to your flower order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested flower arrangement.
Flowers and Floral Arrangements
In flower arrangements of assorted flowers, the flower colors shown online with Blue Moon Florist will be used if possible, even if this means substituting other flowers of equal or greater value.
For the highest quality and freshest flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute that flower with another similar color.
If the flower arrangement container shown online at Blue Moon Florist is not available, a similar flower or floral container will be used and you will be contacted to to verify the change is acceptable. We want you to be 100 % satisfied with your Blue Moon Florist purchase.
Plants
For green healthy and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. We will contact you to insure the substitution is suitable for your requested flower delivery. We will make every effort to deliver the exact product displayed on our online flower website.
For the highest quality flowering plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flowering plant type, but may substitute with another color plant or flower.
If the flowering plant container shown online at Blue Moon Florist is not available, a similar flower container will be used. Please contact us with any concerns or questions.
Specialty Gifts
Specialty flower gift item may be substituted with another flower specialty gift item of equal or greater value and of similar occasion, theme or category. We attempt to contact you to verify that the substitution is suitable for your flower delivery.
